Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to not misuse the Cardinal Kinetic SaaS services (“Services”) or help anyone else to do so. Examples of misusing the Services include, but are not be limited to, the following:

-Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures which are part of the Cardinal Kinetic system;

-Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas or parts of the Services, or shared areas of the Services to which you have not been granted access by Cardinal

Kinetic;

-Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network. This includes sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming or mail-bombing any part of the Services;

-Create accounts for the Services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces;

-Send altered, deceptive or false source-identity information, including “spoofing” or “phishing”;

-Circumvent the storage space limits;

-Sell or redistribute the Services unless specifically authorized to do so;

-Publish or share materials that are unlawfully pornographic, promote hatred or violence or that relate to terrorist activity or the promotion of terrorist activity;

-Harass or abuse Cardinal Kinetic personnel or representatives performing services on behalf of Cardinal Kinetic;

-No Copyright or Trademark Infringement. Use of the Service is also subject to Cardinal Kinetics’ Copyright Infringement Policy;

-No Export Violations: Including, without limitation, violations of the Export Administration Act and the Export Administration Regulations administered by the Department of Commerce;

-Violate applicable law in any other way, including publishing or sharing material that is fraudulent, defamatory or misleading;

-Cardinal Kinetic reserves the right to suspend or terminate any accounts which are in violation of Cardinal Kinetics’ Acceptable Use Policy.
